Liturgical, unidentified text. There are two small lines on that first side, indicating a stanza marking. This and some of the wording that can be figured out on the front and back points to a text of a liturgical function.

This was acquired in September 2005 from the antiquity dealer Ferrini of Akron Ohio. This is the same dealer that was named in the story of the discovery of the Gospel of Judas. He was the one that almost bought it before he was forced to return it due to the bad publicity he received in the antiquities circles, designed to snatch this prize from him.
